Spot On! All depends on what we are investing in. If we are investing in relationships, the enterprise would definitely see short and long term value. In Marketing we make endless talks about our brand value but listening is much more important. Brands which listen are able to connect and respond better.

I like the Be Loyal item in particular, especially not waiting for a PR crisis. I think one of the most powerful interactions from a company is the one that comes from out of the blue.
