Last week I had the pleasure of joining in a podcast with my colleagues, Craig Lordan, Kevin Giles, and Mike Stewart as they discussed the IBM Collaboration Solutions product documentation wikis with Bruce Elgort and Julian Robichaux.
While I wasn't intending to be an active participant, I did end up talking about a couple of things near and dear to my heart... IBM Redbooks, and my role as PM for the User Experience Lab at IBM Connect in January. Those two things are about the least interesting parts of the podcast. The guys talked about how the wikis started, talked about some of the latest changes we've made, and got into some technical details, too (some of which I don't pretend to understand, since I'm only what I fondly call "nerd-adjacent").
Bruce and Julian make recording their Taking Notes Podcasts fun, and I hope you find it as interesting as we did. I'm not really a competetive person, but I couldn't help feeling a sense of pride and doing a little happy dance when Bruce informed me this morning that our episode of the Taking Notes Podcast broke their download record! 2,600 downloads in 3 days! Can I get a "heck yah!"?
