Here are some great reasons why executive one on one can be so valuable:

 
1. The executive one on ones are valuable for business partners as it helps to cultivate stronger relationships between our executives and business partners.
 
2. Through the one on ones, partners have a vehicle to voice their input and concerns, and find out what our executives are thinking with regard to the future.
 
3. Because they get to meet leaders such as Jane Phillips and Rob Lamb, both partners and our leader have the opportunity to put a face to a name.
 
4. The executive one on ones have opened the door to better communication and stronger relationships for our partners.
