I’m excited when somebody asks me about our content line up for InterConnect 2013. Here are a few highlights, from my perspective.
We will showcase the IBM Watson Engagement Advisor, powered by the same technology that enabled IBM’s "Watson" to win versus the top two champions of all time on the Jeopardy! TV game show. We’ll also shine a spotlight on our new IBM Tealeaf solutions, which, along with Watson, are triggering a revolution in better service for our clients’ customers. Visit the Solution Center for some up-close-and-personal time with Watson, to see demos of Tealeaf and meet with our IBM experts on hand. If you see me there, I’d be delighted to chat with you, too.
Our IBM Business Analytics content will illustrate how enterprises can combine a powerful, yet easy-to-use big data & analytics platform with a flexible and agile cloud-based environment to transform business.
We will also show how our cloud-based business solutions are accelerating business process innovation, delivering business analytics at the point of impact and enabling collaboration by creating and linking business networks. Be sure to see the Cloud Zone in the Solution Center for a close look.
Don’t miss the Social Business keynote by Alistair Rennie, General Manager, IBM Collaboration Solutions, on driving results with Smarter Workforce. The Solution Center will feature demos of recently announced capabilities in SmartCloud and Sametime.
