Today I attended to Cloud for Business Partner presentation at IBM Italy. When I asked how to reengineer an application to exploit the scalability of the cloud environment, I got an answer that sounds like “ to date is just an IaaS; there are no development tools and framework to develop an application specifically designed for the IBM Cloud”
I know that Microsoft offers the “Azure framework” to developers who wants to architect and develop a solution for its Cloud. If there isn’t something similar on the IBM side, it means that it’s just a sophisticated hosting. Is it true ?
