1: the exchange of information or services among individuals, groups, or institutions ; specifically : the cultivation of productive relationships for employment or business
2: the establishment or use of a computer network
I got this definition of networking from the Merriam Webster's website. It says networking is noun. Although I was an English major with pretty decent grades, this seems a bit illogical to me. I mean, networking implies that you actually have to do something like shake hands with a colleague, call a prospect on the phone, tag friends in a facebook picture, ask contacts to endorse you on LinkdIn, or send out a tweet via Twitter.
The point is, you can't do nothing and be networking. So just add the little word "am" in front of networking, as in, "I am networking at Pulse."
You have a verb, and it's logical! See how easy it is? Here are a few great opportunities for networking at Pulse:

I was unable to make the Business Partner Summit because I got into town too late - but I heard I missed one heckuva a time. Thanks to Felicity Carson for providing the following summary of the largest Tivoli Business Partner Summit to-date
Over 500 Tivoli Business Partners showed their commitment to IBM service management by attending the Pulse Business Partner Summit, making it the largest gathering of Tivoli business partners to date.
