Richard has been working in the area of Product Design and Development for over 30 years, during which the majority of his time has been spent in defining, designing and validating products in the systems engineering domain within Aerospace and Defence. His close association with Requirements Engineering brought him into the formal Requirements Management domain when he joined QSS in 2000 (the previous DOORS business purchased by Telelogic). Since then Richard has enjoyed a wide range of challenges rising through the ranks of Telelogic to become one of the leadership team. Before taking his current role in Rational, Richard lead the Requirements and Quality Management Product Delivery Team.
Richard’s blend of technical experience, project, consulting and management skills, as well as the ability to work at all levels within a customer organisation, have significantly contributed to successes for customers realising the benefits in driving change in the adoption of Rational’s capability throughout their organisations.
