Great news: IBM Mobile Foundation and IBM Worklight are now available in the IBM PartnerWorld Software Value Incentive (SVI) program for Opportunity Identification.
These products have been added into the WebSphere Core Authorization Group, so if you are already authorized for this group, you can now Identify and Sell for Worklight and Mobile Foundation opportunities.
What is IBM Mobile Foundation?
IBM Mobile Foundation V5.0 is a family of products that includes IBM Worklight V5.0. It delivers an open, comprehensive and advanced mobile application platform for smartphones and tablets. Mobile Foundation is designed to enable organizations of all sizes to efficiently develop, run and manage HTML5, hybrid, and native applications, while helping to reduce time-to-market, development costs and ongoing maintenance efforts. As part of IBM's mobile platform, Worklight can be integrated with application lifecycle, security, management, and analytics capabilities to help customers address the unique mobile needs of their business.
IBM Mobile Foundation, including Worklight, is available in SVI today, which means that you can generate Quotes and place orders today. All orders will be placed as line-item holds until the eGA date of June 15, and any orders placed before then will ship on June 15.
How can I register an IBM Mobile Foundation or Worklight opportunity in SVI?
To register a Worklight or an IBM Mobile Foundation opportunity in SVI, simply select "WebSphere Core" in the drop-down list under Brand and then select "Mobile Foundation" in the drop-down list under Brand Family. All of the Mobile Foundation offerings, including Worklight, reside under "Mobile Foundation".
