IBM’s own research through the recent 2012 CEO study, and IBM Institute for Business Values 2011 “Analytics: The widening divide” has demonstrated that those organisations that use analytics consistently outperform those that lag behind. These global studies often include a diverse range of participants, from large global corporates, to smaller organisations.
