Given that we’re now in the heart of event season, I recently caught up with IBM Software Group social lead Delaney Turner who shared some advice from his experiences at events. He explains why Twitter acts as a multi-dimensional business card and the importance in creating a professional persona. He suggests the hashtag (#) is the easiest on-ramp into social media and stresses the importance of building social habits into your workflow.
