Mobile discussions were ubiquitous in yesterday's IBM Information on Demand General Session--often focusing on the future of big data in the context of unstructured and mobile data combined with smarter analytics. The second half of the session focused on the "art of the possible" where big data and mobile meet in the context of a customer service scenario for a telecommunications company.
