IBM Supports iOS 6 on Release Day

The IBM Endpoint Manager team is happy to announce that it shipped support for Apple's iOS 6 operating system on the same day that Apple released the update.
This is an important milestone for IBM and our mobile device management (MDM) offering as it signals to the market that we can keep pace with the rapid change in the mobile industry. Customers often worry that they can't control when their end-users update their devices, and thus the speed at which their MDM vendor adds support for a new OS version is a critical evaluation metric. Not only were we able to release support for the base OS, but we also implemented all of the new enterprise security management capabilities that Apple introduced with this release.
