This 3 minute video shows you how to see the latest social media content about your IBM products in the IBM Support Portal. It is easy to see the latest posts from Twitter, product forums, user groups, blogs, and wikis.
You can now access your social media content without ever leaving Support Portal. After selecting a product, find the Forums, blogs, and social media link in the Tools and resources section of the product support page. In this video, we use IBM Notes as the selected product.
The Forums, blogs, and social media page features dynamically updated content from Twitter, forums, user groups, blogs, and wikis. The content depends on the social resources available for the product.
The page also includes links to social media sources whose posts are not “aggregated” and displayed, such as Facebook or YouTube. The number and type of posts, and links that you see will vary by product to ensure you see the most pertinent and trusted information.
