This 4 minute video explains the roles and responsibilities of the IBM Site Technical Contact, or STC. Each organization selects an STC when it purchases software from IBM.
Your Site Technical Contacts play an important role to ensure your organization can easily access IBM Support.
Common STC responsibilities include:
Providing access to IBM Service Request (or SR) to your colleagues
Selecting administrator contacts who can help you with most tasks
And maintaining overall compliance for the software products within your site
A Guide for Downloading from Passport Advantage
Note: This video's advice will help clients of many IBM products, not just LSF, navigate the Passport Advantage site successfully.
"A Guide for Downloading LSF from Passport Advantage"
