I'm a Support manager and love this site because when customers struggle with access to support, my team can point them to one place to go. I have consistently pointed to this site in the numerous survey responses I see, which have a very common theme: Support was great but getting to you was hard and confusing. I can not only point to this site as a means to better understand custom support site setup, which drives ease to obtain support, but by setting up a custom support site customers can also see benefit of having an online history of support instances, easier access to downloadable products, pro-active support notifications, narrowed knowledge base/technotes searches and more. So getting customers here has multiple benefits and is therefore an easier "sell" to get customers to use it. Great tool to make educating customers easier.
