The IBM Electronic Support user experience team is currently recruiting clients to participate in usability testing of upcoming enhancements to the IBM Support Portal. We are driving significant simplification into our website and want your feedback on our current direction.
We are currently recruiting clients to participate in a user-centered design review in August.
These sessions are typically 1.5 hours in duration and are highly interactive discussions with the IBM user experience and design team.
During your session, you will perform a series of typical support tasks on a preview of the new design and provide feedback about the client experience.
The user experience team will use your input to validate the designs and suggest further improvements.
This iterative design process will allow us to get a broad set of client input and ensure our designs are client-tested before implementation.
Again, we are looking for clients who support the implementation, maintenance, or use of at least one IBM product and regularly use our online resources.
If you are interested in participating, please contact Karen Wilson
Thank you in advance for your participation!
