Even though the new IBM Support Portal is only a couple of months old, IBM's just deployed a series of improvements to make this support site even better!
You can now see all of IBM's product groups immediately when you click Browse for a product. You do not need to know whether IBM classifies a product as hardware or software. Instead, the categories of products appear alphabetically when you first click Browse for a product.
For example, to choose an SPSS product, click the group for SPSS, then navigate that sub-list to select your product.
The same navigation update has been applied to IBM Fix Central. When you use the Select product method of finding your product in Fix Central, clicking the Product Group pull-down produces a simpler list of products, without having to select hardware or software first.
