As a young brand within IBM, Business Analytics is growing at quite a pace. When Cognos first became part of IBM, we had a need to create a Cognos Customer Center that evolved over time to closely resemble the type of content we had within the old support.cognos.com domain. With SPSS and OpenPages recently joining the Business Analytics family, we found similar customer needs that needed to be met.
Over the course of this year as the BA family continued to swell, we've been hard at work preparing a new Business Analytic Support center where we can confidently point any BA customer to get help and information for all their BA Support related needs. This new Business Analytics Support microsite was presented at IOD and was met with a great deal of enthusiasm. Within the site we cover all the bases, from info and help on downloads, logging service requests, searching for knowledge, and how to contact us, etc.
