1. Register an IBM ID - all secure and personalized areas of ibm.com require one.
2. Know your Customer Number (ICN) and Site Number:
You will need your ICN in order to access Support for your BA product (both online and by phone)
You will need your Site Number in order to access software downloads via the Passport Advantage site and (for SPSS customers) Authorization codes via the License Key Center
This agreement information was sent to your Primary contact within the Proof of Entitlement document and it is their responsibility to approve / upgrade your access to these online tools.
3. Know who your Primary and Site Technical contacts are:
Primary Contact - manages access to software downloads via the Passport Advantage site (and for SPSS customers) the License Key Center to generate Authorization codes.
