A couple of weeks ago, I attended the Impact Comes to You event in New York. My mission? Attend the sessions and network with the assembled WebSphere professionals to put faces to the names I see regularly on the Global WebSphere Community (GWC). Meeting with the leaders of our three New York area user groups was a definite highlight, but I was riveted by the presentation, "IBM MobileFirst Platform: Develop and Integrate Mobile Apps to Drive ROI," that was given by Steve Mirman, IBM Mobile Expert and part of the "WebSphere & Mobility SWAT Team."
In addition to giving us a clear picture on how to use IBM Worklight to create and test mobile applications, Steve talked about how IBM Tealeaf provides developers with the tools to capture, analyze and replay the details of a customer's use of a mobile app to find any issues and provide actionable intelligence to make swift updates and improve the overall customer experience. Finally, there's another Impact Comes To You event in Washington, DC on October 16th.
Thanks again to the folks running IBM Impact for a tremendous experience and we hope to see you all on the GWC.
