I happen to be connected on the Twitter page with the tweetchat started. I found it very usefull and Bill and Travis were great on the answer.
My only complain is that I was using the Twitter website and when I was searching for the #BPMChat sometime Bill's answers didn't show up on the hash search...
well, Im not also a twitter wiz, but when I say that IBMBPMUpdate was starting to retweet Bill's post, I started to follow his answers.
Possible you should recommend a Twitter client for this kind of chats, because I didn't find it efficient from the webpage.
