IBM also has a brand new demonstration that showcases tools that allow travel companies to manage (and transform) the customer experience prior, during and after their journey. It features both customer and employee views along with interactive, mobile front ends — all geared toward an immersive experience.
So, join us at Impact 2013 where you can hear your travel and transportation peers talk about how they are solving their most pressing challenges.
