Process improvement and managing decisions for better business outcomes are two of the topics attendees can expect to learn about from IBM at the BPM Institute's Brainstorm 2011 Conference in San Francisco on Wednesday, June 29. Unlike traditional conferences of the past, Brainstorm 2011 offers attendees a longer, more engaging learning experience. "The focus of the conference has shifted over time, from the traditional "booth" type of conference, to half-day and full-day interactive sessions, which is great, because it gives us quality time to interact with participants ." said Brett Stineman, Product Marketing Manager, WebSphere Business Rules,ILOG, and Business Rules Management "We have the chance to hear their questions, and provide them with more in-depth answers face-to-face. It also gives attendees more time to focus on a specific area of interest." IBM's half-day Innovation Workshop Session from 9:00AM-12:00PM PST is made up of 3 modules: process improvement, a customer case study presented by an actual IBM customer, and live demos, so participants will see the solutions in action.
If you aren't attending Brainstorm San Francisco, IBM will be at the remaining 2 conferences in the series this fall in Washington DC and New York City. For more information go to: http://www.bpminstitute.org/events/
