We all intrinsically know that organizations are focused on delivering digital customer experiences. We see it it all of the activity around us; checking accounts, ordering items, paying bills, or any number of transactions. The reality is mobile apps and other “systems of engagement” are essential to meeting customer expectations for personal attention, immediate response, and self-service. If you are on the offering-side of a business in this situation, the question becomes "Does your enterprise have the technology foundations to deliver this new generation of customer-engagement applications?" And then the follow-on: "Who will provide systems of engagement, and how?"
