I stopped by the IBM client reference lounge last night to get customers thoughts on Agile ECM and our Information on Demand vision. The reception was in honor of these clients for their willingness to share success their stories with peers and the industry at large. The room was packed, the atmosphere light hearted and lots of oohs and ahhs could be heard as the very handsome crystal awards were presented. Eighteen awards were handed out to clients who had earned ECM Advantage Points ranging from one to eight thousand, depending on the level of their involvement in the program. In fact, a couple of clients had earned free IOD passes by a combination of taking phone calls, participating in written case studies, hosting an on site visit or even hosting an IBM Visitor Day event to promote the success of their ECM implementation. First Energy earned ECM Platinum Advantage status this year, the program’s highest honors.
And thoughts on Agile ECM and the Information on Demand vision? I'll sum up with one statement I've heard over and over: "Exactly where we are going."
