In general I agree with your assertion that voice mashups are very powerful and will become more common in the future as we evolve from a textual web towards a more multi media web (am I putting words in your mouth?).
I understand Voxeo's tools with regard to building voice applications. They are definitely accessible for the "amateur developers" who typically develop mashups. However, I am not really familiar with tools for programming Sametime voice features which are aimed at this audience - any voice/telephony extension I have seen for Sametime has been developed by "serious professional programmers". Is there a programming tool I have overlooked in this area?
Maybe a pointer to your VoiceCon slides might help answer my question?
