The dearth of comments on this portal should provide a hint to its usability. The site is difficult to navigate. If a support website offers "training" on how to navigate, you already have a problem. Most customers want quick access and resolution to problems, not another tool they need to train on in order to get a problem resolved. Perhaps more time should be spent on reliable products and a simple web-site for customer problem resolution
