Support Technical Exchanges
Software product technical experts are able to share their knowledge through technical exchanges such as webcasts (Support Technical Exchanges). Scheduled and previous Support Technical Exchanges are now integrated into the Support Portal in the Features links and Training modules.
Technical Support Chat
Entitled clients can initiate a chat to support representatives through links in the Technical Support Chat module that appears in the right navigation bar. Chat currently supports System x clients who have warranty or maintenance agreements as well as clients of the Accelerated Value Program (AVP).
