One of my long date customer asked me last week to integrate two IBM teams performing End User Services at customer sites in two different countries. The reason of this request was simply that within our customer organization the same person was managing the two sites and wanted IBM to integrate these two teams in order to generate Synergies. As it make totally sense and in order to adapte to our customer infrastructure, I ve contacted my IBM counter part in the related country and we without any hesitation integrated these two teams. Now they are working jointly, taking part to the same team meeting and exchanging their experience on how they deal with their daily tasks. Is it something you did experiment with your IT Supplier?
