Some exciting new marketing plans and benefits were announced today on the Lotus Knows webcast featuring IBM executives Kristen Lauria, Lotus/WebSphere Portal Software Vice President, Marketing and Channels; Sandy Carter, IBM Software Group, Worldwide Sales Vice President, IBM Software Group Channels; and Shaun Jones, IBM Software Group, Marketing Vice President - Worldwide Channel and General Business Marketing. As this campaign kicks off, new partner benefits are being rolled out that our Lotus Partners should take advantage of. In a few short weeks, new demand generation campaign materials will be available on Campaign Designer and on Partnerworld for partners to leverage. In the meantime, partners can start generating buzz by joining the new Vanguard program. This program allows Lotus partners to coordinate their marketing efforts with the IBM/Lotus media plan by establishing close partnership with a 'Vanguard' Business Partner community. By joining Vanguard, you expand your media outreach and start to engage with IBM partners worldwide who are actively participating in the Lotus Knows campaign.
