Recently, Shaun Jones, Vice President of Worldwide Channel Marketing with IBM Software Group, sat down to talk with CRN's Channel Web to discuss the current level of demand for enterprise software. In the interview, Shaun outlined steps IBM is taking to help partners get through the economic downturn. He also talks about the importance of partners growing by acquiring skills, which is part of IBM's Software Value Plus skills initiative.
