How will it impact your in-house ITIL standards? Will you require more?
How do you seeing it impact your workload & workload patterns?

How will it impact your DR/BC plans?
How does moving to a Cloud Computing model impact your compliance gear?
How will it impact your existing skill base?
How much of your data will ever be in the cloud?
What will have to change to support such an offering (in-house)?
What are the security ramifications?
How will you manage your data in the Cloud?
Will you allow your data in a multi-tenancy offering?
Do you have a multi-year plan to get to Cloud Computing (I.E. Start small and get there over time)?
