In this session, we'll look at the techniques used to validate data in Datacap Taskmaster Capture and then address all the target systems Taskmaster connects with to hand off indexed document images and data for use by the enterprise, including IBM Content Manager (CM8).
While everyone knows that optical character recognition (OCR) is the engine that powers capture, most don't know that OCR alone is not enough. Datacap Taskmaster Capture adds a full complement of automated validations to raise the accuracy of recognition results.
In this session, we'll open up Taskmaster's Actions Library and look at the many types of solutions available for assuring the accuracy of OCR. We'll also see how Taskmaster passes images and data seamlessly to IBM ECM systems, IBM FileNet Content Manager (P8), IBM Content Manager (CM8), and IBM FileNet Image Services. We'll also examine Taskmaster Connectivity to other ECM systems, like Microsoft SharePoint, as well as ERP systems, adjudication systems, databases and web systems.
