IBM Content Analytics v2.2 Workshop (3 days) - Tuesday July 19-21, 2011, 9am - 5pm
Location: IBM Innovation Center - Dallas, Texas
IBM Content Analytics (ICA), formerly called Cognos Content Analytics (CCA), is a stand-alone content analytics platform that enables better decision making by deriving valuable insights from your enterprise content regardless of source or format. It allows deep, rich text analysis of your information. Solutions built on ICA can help organizations surface undetected problems, fix content-centric process inefficiencies, improve customer service and corporate accountability, reduce operating costs and risks and discover new revenue opportunities.
In this workshop, you learn the features and functions of IBM Content Analytics (ICA). You will perform hands-on labs to install and configure ICA and the LanguageWare Resource Workbench (LRW), use ICA to discover information in structured and unstructured content, create a custom annotator in LRW and export it to ICA, integrate IBM Classification Module with ICA, and learn how to use the ICA REST APIs.
