Chris, good question. I am starting with a blank slate here. And for those wondering, there is no out of the box way to migrate blog posts.

You could use the RSS/ATOM API to pull the entries and then the ATOM API of connections to post it. Might even do in a Shell script:
- pull
- transform
- post
CURL is your friend

Stephan, yes and have all the posts with the same date because the API doesn't let you manipulate creation dates or impersonate users (not relevant in this case).
