IBM Pulse ANZ 2012 followed close on the heels of a successful IBM Pulse 2012 . Held between 31st May and 1st June in Sydney, Australia, IBM Pulse ANZ 2012 provided two information-packed days of tangible insights and practical advice to help attendees react with agility in changing competitive landscapes, reduce vulnerability throughout the service lifecycle and continuously improve the business impact of technology.
Over 850 attendees, including IBM clients, business partners and industry experts attended the conference. Pulse sessions centered on key service management focus areas of:
