Clients spend 1700 hours in Maximo Solution Center at Pulse

Today's blog entry comes from Scott Peluso, owner of the Maximo Solution Center at IBM Pulse 2011.
Las Vegas was the place to be a few weeks ago. It wasn't because a new casino or show opened. From February 26 through March 3, Las Vegas was the home of the Tivoli Pulse 2011 Conference. Over 7,000 attended Pulse to listen to IBM experts, their customer peers, and other notables in the field. One of the main attraction of the conference was the Expo Hall. Customers visiting the Expo Hall could view IBM Business Partners and vendor wares and services, chat with other customers or an IBM executive in our Hospitality Lounge. At the heart of the Expo was the Maximo Solution Center.
In the Solution Center, IBM had over 50 machines available for customers to view multiple Tivoli products including Maximo Asset Management, Maximo Everyplace, Maximo Mobile, Tivoli Asset Management for IT, Tivoli Service Request Manager, and Change and Configuration Management Database. To answer your questions, subject matter experts from our Support, Development, Services we available and ready to answer any question thrown their way! The Solution Center was a significant draw to the conference. In just 3 days, 1,072 customers visited the Solution Center 8,500 times and spent 1,760 hours talking Maximo! Feedback was extremely positive with many customers stating that they continue to come to the conference to get the chance to meet and speak with the Solution Center experts.
