Stephen, I guess that's one way to get someone to write speaker's notes...post their presentation :)

 
This reminds me of the cleric who asked for volunteers from his congregation to paint the outside of church. Many volunteered, but no one showed up. So the cleric took a paint brush and divided the exterior walls into sections. In each section he painted the name of one of the volunteers. That way, they would have to paint their section to cover their name...and their shame.
 
I guess I now have a section of "church wall" that I need to paint.
 
I'll try to get them done this weekend while I'm in Europe.

The speaker notes posted are not for this presentation. I'd really like them too. I saw the presentation at Lotusphere, it was awesome!!! I'm going to use the House differential diagnosis idea for some of our training presentations. Great idea.
