Great post, Louis and great reading list. I often talk about aligning the "business what" with the "technical how." I think you would enjoy Josh Bernoff and Ted Schadler's new book, "Empowered." They discuss this need of aligning non-IT led initiatives with highly empowered and resourceful operatives or HEROs.

Pink's book "Drive" and "A Whole New Mind" are by far two of my favorites of the last couple years and very relevant to those that want to succeed in today's digital immersed world. @yodeets
