Choose your payment option
Direct debit
Authorize IBM to obtain payment from your bank for the invoices you specify from your online account statement.
This requires you to complete, print and send an authorization form to IBM Canada's Customer Support team:
You will receive notification from IBM when authorization is confirmed.
Credit card
Choose to use your credit card to pay your invoices.
Credit cards accepted: American Express, MasterCard and VISA.
Note: Not all invoices qualify for credit card payment. Please see the Help section in the application for further information.
Get started
To pay your invoice electronically, logon to our Statements online application, where you can also:
- view the status of your invoices, credit notes, and payment details
- receive e-mail notification of new and past due invoices
- create and print reports
First time users – You will need to be entitled to use the application. Entitlement is easy ; it requires an IBM User ID and information about the account(s) you want to access. Follow registration instructions on the sign-in page of the application.
