Error description

  • During a system backup job 2 failed due to a timeout. The error
    in the log is:

    utils.SshConnection | EXCEPTION RUNNING CLOSURE IOException -
      Command failed or timeout as the expected prompt is missing.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • A timeout without a recovery was occurring and causing this
    exception to occur.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A timeout exception handler with a retry has been implemented to
    prevent this issue from occurring.
