Question

How do I access technical support resources for SPSS and ShowCase products following the IBM acquistion?

Answer

Technical Support for all SPSS and ShowCase products is being handled by the SPSS Support team. All case submission is now done through IBM Support systems. View our Registration Quick Start FAQ to get started online. Use the IBM Planetwide directory to locate your Technical Support phone number. Students: Submit your cases via the Student Portal.

SPSS knowledge base content has been moved to the IBM web site and can be searched from the Search Support section on the Support Portal Home page.

NOTE: When you're working in the Support Portal, always set your "Product List" in the left-hand navigation window to filter all portal content to be relevant to your products.

Patches are being posted to the IBM Support Site. Find fixes available for your products on the Support Portal Downloads page.
