Cause

Environment

Java virtual machine 1.6 SR10.

Diagnosing the problem

  • Check FEKLOGS

Resolving the problem

WORKAROUND:

  1. Install a JVM before 1.6 SR9 FP3.
    • JVM version 1.5
    • JVM version 1.6 SR8
    • JVM version 1.6 SR9

  2. Modify the PATH environment variable in rsed.envvars to use the changed JVM.
