  *                 Version 4 Release 1 users ( FMID=H1J0410 )   *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This APAR enables following functions   *
  *                      in HP Image Copy V4:                    *
  *                       - Support IMS Tools Knowledge          *
  *                         Base for z/OS, Version 1.            *
  *                       - Support following new reports:       *
  *                          - Data Set Statistics report        *
  *                          - Recovery Process report           *
  *                       - Support following new optional       *
  *                         keyword for SPMN of HP Pointer       *
  *                         Checker                              *
  *                       - Add HPIC report header to the output *
  *                         of SYSPRINT.                         *
  *                                                              *
  *                      This APAR also fixes some HPIC errors.  *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR enables following functions i the HP Image Copy:
  
  1. HPIC supports the IMS Tools KB Output repository of the IMS
     IMS Tools Knowledge Base for z/OS, Version 1 (5655-R34).
  
     If HPIC is registered as an IMS Tools product with the IMS
     Tools Knowledge Base server, the following HPIC reports are
     stored in the IMS Tools KB Output repository.
     - ICEIN Statements report
     - Global Options report
     - Data Set Statistics report
     - Image Copy Dump Process report
     - Recovery Process report
     - Create Image Copy report
     - DBRC NOTIFY.IC Processing report
  
     If you want to store the reports produced in the Hash
     checking option for DL/I DB and HALDB, the maintenance
     provided by the following APAR must be applied;
     - APAR PK45122 for IMS High Performance Pointer Checker
       for z/OS Version 2 Release 2 (FMID:HPC2220)
  
  2. HPIC provides following new reports:
  
     Data Set Statistics report:
     This one reports the statistic information of the database
     data set that is processed by the Image Copy function.
     This report is generated in the FABJSTAT DD.
  
     Recovery Process report
     This one reports information of the selected image copy and
     output image copy of the Recovery function. This report is
     generated in the ICERPRT DD.
  
  3. The new optional keyword SPMN= is supported.
  
     If you want to run the SPMN of the HP Pointer Checker, you
     should provides SPMN= parameter in GLOBAL statement of
     ICEIN DD. And also new optional keyword THRESHOLDS= which
     control threshold of SPMN report.
  
     Applying following maintenance of HP Pointer Checker is
     required:
     - APAR PK45122 for IMS High Performance Pointer Checker
       for z/OS Version 2 Release 2 (FMID:HPC2220)
  
  4. HPIC information is added to the SYSPRINT output.
  
     The format of HPIC SYSPRINT output is as same as IMS
     Utilities, and you can not identify whether running utilities
     are HPIC or not if you use IMS AsIs JCL. HPIC adds product
     name and version information on the header of SYSPRINT
     output.
  
  HPIC fixes some errors:
  - Correct some reported values in the reports.
  - HPIC with IPR TYPE=A regards TASKs in parallel is exceeded
    the limitation. But HPIC with IPR TYPE=A processes DBDS of DSG
    in parallel and it should not exceed task limitation. HPIC
    corrects check and processes normally.
