Error description
The monitoring console loads the incorrect set of Java archive JAR files when security is enabled and WebSphere eXtreme Scale is installed with WebSphere Application Server.

This file does not contain some of the classes that are shipped with WebSphere Application Server. The class path is not adjusted accordingly. The WebSphere Application Server JAR files that contain the security classes are not found.
Problem conclusion
The monitoring console cannot be used in WebSphere Application Server environments when security is enabled.
