Log files should exist in the WebSphere eXtreme Scale <server_name>/logs directory.
Problem conclusion
When statistics logging is enabled, and the WebSphere eXtreme Scale monitoring console is started with at least one valid catalog service domain, the CSV statistics files are displayed in the WebSphere eXtreme Scale <server_name>/logs directory.
