  CKR0668 and CKR0667 using V1.12 UNLOAD data set.
  Compatibility PTF for versions prior to V1.12.
  

Local fix

• Do not use Version 1.12 UNLOAD data sets with versions of
  zSecure prior to Version 1.12.
