APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the file name of the emergency fix archive file and the
  filename attribute in the service.xml file inside the emergency
  fix are not the same the file can not be exported and backup
  operations will fail.
  
  The backup error seen is:
  CWZIP9569E One or more efix artifacts failed to backup or
    restore.
  
  
  These two names should be checked to verify they are the same
  when the emergency fix is imported into the system to prevent
  export and backup issues.
  

Local fix

• The emergency fix file name and the filename attribute in the
  service.xml should be checked to verify they are
  the same before the emergency fix is imported into the system to
  prevent export and backup issues.
  

Problem summary

• By definition the emergency fix file name and the name
  attribute in the service.xml file in the emergency fix should
  match. If they do not export and backup problems occur.
  

Problem conclusion

• A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System V 2.0.0.1
  that checks the file name when the emergency fix is imported to
  the system.
