Error description

  • When using PureApplication System, if the user clones a VM of a
deployed virtual pattern (e.g. IHS node, custom node...), the
REST API attribute StorageReserved always has the value of 0.

The REST API field will look similar to this:

"storagereserved": 0,

Problem summary


    

  • The storage reserved REST API value on a cloned virtual machine
is always zero.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The storage reserved value was not being copied into the cloned
virtual machine attributes. A code fix is being provided in
PureApplication System version 2.0.0.1
