Error description

  • A user was testing the Call Home function and noticed that when
    a problem occurs creating the Problem Management Report (PMR)
    ticket the collection set that would be created is missing.
    
    The system collection set should be created even if the PMR
    ticket has an issue being created as it can be used later to
    diagnose the problem.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • The collection set for the system issue was not being created if
    the Call Home function failed to open a Problem management
    Report (PMR) ticket.
    

Problem conclusion

  • A code fix is being provided in PureApplication System
    version 2.0.0.1 to create the collection set for the problem
    even if the Call Home function fails to create the PMR ticket.
